Razvan

I am an entrepreneur who has always pushed decisions beyond what we consider to be usual and comfortable. With over 15 years of experience in negotiation and activity coordination, which involved teams, collaborators, suppliers and end users, I have always put human being in the foreground. I completely changed my orientation towards education when I realised that this is the most impactful field through which I can convey the feeling of involvement, inclusion and sustainability, the essential factors that made the difference for me towards success.

Among the many hats I wear – visual artist, graphic designer, teacher, mentor, instructional designer, my favourite is usually a mix of them. Having the ability to combine them I saw it offers me the possibility to explore my full potential, and inspire others to do the same along the way. Apart from the sense of fulfilment that comes out of this, creativity, play and perseverance have been my guides for the past 15 years in constructing meaningful experiences for those who wish to discover unexplored parts of their minds and capabilities.

Over the past 7 years we have been working together at both personal and professional level, developing various business and relationship related aspects. Having the opportunity to combine a more engineering oriented thinking with a creative and imaginative mind, we managed to remain firmly grounded in realistic approaches while exploring also beyond the common ways and grounds.

So, having this in our hands we share our experience and understanding over the business, social and the mind mechanics through mentorship and direct services we provide at Creator.

About Creator

…in the beginning of this project I wasn’t sure which values and attitudes will bring me to the desired result, so I had to figure it out on the way. I discovered how important consistency and authenticity is. Moreover, having a collaborator/ mentor during the creative process helped a lot to clarify what it takes in order to complete such a project.

I would say [the most valuable insight I gained throughout the project is] the development of the consciousness that I have the ability and confidence to create something if I want to.
